Sq126 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the sq126 platform. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the sq126 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the sq126 platform.
Use of the sq126 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:
- Aged 18 years or above at the time of account registration.
- Be located in a territory or jurisdiction where online betting and gaming activities are permitted under applicable local laws.
- Not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or any known gambling exclusion programme.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Sq126 reserves the right to reject or cancel any account registration if there is reasonable cause to believe that the above eligibility requirements have not been met. sq126's decision in this regard is final.
Account Registration, Security & Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to register one (1) account on the sq126 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. sq126 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to verify the information provided, including copies of your identification card, bank statements, or other relevant documents. Failure to comply with a verification request within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with any party.
- All activities carried out through your account, whether by yourself or by any other party who gains access due to your negligence.
- Notify sq126 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Keep your account information up to date at all times, particularly your contact details and payment methods.
Sq126 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the sq126 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits may be made using payment methods supported by the platform, including local e-wallets and bank transfers from financial institutions registered in Malaysia.
The terms governing financial transactions are as follows:
- Deposits: Deposited funds may only be used for gaming and betting activities within the sq126 platform. All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once credited to your account.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to successful identity verification. sq126 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal.
- Transaction limits: Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals vary by payment method and are subject to change. Users are encouraged to check the current limits in their account settings.
- Processing time: sq126 endeavours to process all valid withdrawals within a reasonable timeframe. However, actual processing times depend on the payment method used and external factors beyond the platform's control.
- Unused funds left dormant for a specified period with no account activity may be subject to the inactive account policy detailed in a separate section.
Users are prohibited from using the sq126 platform for any money laundering activities or the financing of illegal activities. sq126 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Users of the sq126 platform are required to comply with all usage rules set out herein. The platform is intended solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to automate actions on the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes for mutual unfair gain.
- Exploiting any technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities found on the platform. Users are required to report any such issues to the sq126 support team immediately.
- Accessing another user's account or sharing your account with any other individual under any circumstances.
- Using the platform for any fraudulent purpose, including the use of stolen credit card or bank account information.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and appropriate legal action depending on the severity of the breach. sq126 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and suspend accounts while investigations are ongoing.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Sq126 provides its services on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. sq126 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including data loss, service interruptions, or unexpected game outcomes. sq126's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the sq126 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the intellectual property of sq126 or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright law. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express written permission of sq126.
Third-Party Links & Services
The sq126 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers. sq126 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of each third-party service separately.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Sq126 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, failure to complete identity verification, or at the user's own request. Where an account is closed due to a user's breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited without compensation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the sq126 support team by email at [email protected]. Any eligible balance will be withdrawn in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy once all required checks have been completed.
Changes to Terms
Sq126 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
